У Сумах, за підтримки Міністерства аграрної політики та продовольства України, Національної академії аграрних наук України та галузевих асоціацій виробників, відбувся Перший всеукраїнський аграрний форум «Основні аспекти, тенденції та перспективи аграрного виробництва». Організатором заходу виступив Департамент агропромислового розвитку Сумської ОДА.
Міністерство аграрної політики та продовольства України на форумі представляла заступниця директора Департаменту тваринництва Олена Альшанова. Вона виступила з доповіддю про підсумки роботи агропромислового комплексу у 2012 році та окреслила завдання на 2013 рік. У її доповіді були надані детальні роз’яснення щодо напрямків державної підтримки галузей тваринництва.
«У поточному році започатковується новий напрям державної підтримки – виплата бюджетної дотації фізичним особам – членам виробничих або обслуговуючих сільськогосподарських кооперативів, а також фермерським господарствам за вирощений та проданий на забій і переробку суб’єктам господарювання, які мають власні (орендовані) потужності для забою тварин, молодняк великої рогатої худоби та свиней. У 2013 році за цим напрямом передбачається 15 мільйонів гривень зі спеціального фонду державного бюджету», − зазначила Олена Альшанова.
Заступниця директора Департаменту тваринництва також повідомила, що розмір дотації за ВРХ складає 2,5 грн/кг, за свиней – 1,0-1,5 грн/кг. У результаті прогнозується збільшити надходження на переробні підприємства худоби та птиці в живій вазі від господарств населення, на 4,6 тисячі тонн – ВРХ, та на 2,7 тисячі тонн − свиней.
